• Get an e-gold Account
  Customer goes to e-gold.com and registers for an e-currency account.
  


• Customer comes to GoldKOBO.com
  The customer registers his profile with GoldKOBO.com including his e-gold Account number.
  


• Customer places Order
  Customer Log In to the GoldKOBO account and clicks the BUY GOLD menu (for e-gold account in-exchange/funding) or SELL GOLD menu (for e-gold account out-exchange/withdrawal) to commence the ordering process.
  


• Order is Confirmed
  Customer proceeds to fill the Order page with the amount of e-gold (in USD) required. Customer also selects How to Pay GoldKOBO (for In-Exchanges) or fills out banking detail for How GoldKOBO should pay customer ( for Out-Exchanges). Order is confirmed when customer submits the order form to our database. An Order confirmation email with banking detail is sent also to customer
  


• Payment is Confirmed and Order is Fulfilled:
  In-Exchange
  GoldKOBO receives your payment for order through cash deposit/transfer to our bank account nominated on order email and we also accept cash payment in our office. We then proceed to In-Exchange the corresponding amount of e-gold to your account.
  Out-Exchange
  GoldKOBO receives your transfer from your e-gold account to our own e-gold account using the automated transfer process implemented on our SELL page. We then proceed to send the Corresponding amount of cash to your nominated bank account. Cash can also be picked up at our office
